On several occasions I have found that I had questions about an order I placed or wanted to place. I called Customer Service and my call was handled by a knowledgeable person on the other end of the line, one that was familiar with the Beachbody programs, so they knew exactly what I was talking about. I found the Customer Service department to be very helpful and pleasant (unlike the Customer Service departments of MANY other corporations who shall remain nameless–you know who they are!!)

I suggest that you call them whenever you have a question about the products you have purchased, shipping issues, or any other questions you may have. I can answer most, but not all questions that you may have. But shipping questions/problems generally must be directed to Customer Service because I have nothing to do with the shipping process. If you are having problems, let me know and we will get it solved one way or another!!
